Embarking on the journey of therapy is a very personal experience, and finding a counsellor who is a good match can be even more personal. 

I offer a free 15 minute consultation, over phone or video call, to discuss therapy and how it may apply to you. 

The 15 minute consultation does not require a commitment.

The fees I charge are

£60 for a 50 minute session

£90 for a 90 minute session

I offer reduced rates in certain circumstances

The concessionary rate is £45 per 50 minute session - This rate is available on request and evidence that it is required.

Please note, that reduced rates are subject to evidence of a counselling course being undertaken currently. 

Block bookings are supported with a contract of commitment. Should payment be made for a block booking, sessions must be attended, and the course of therapy be completed.

Online sessions are held through Google Meet (similar to zoom), WhatsApp, or Discord. 

You must have access to a device with an internet connection and a camera. These are devices such as

Payments are currently made using SumUP or bank transfer. Please ask if you need any support doing this.
